Satıcı görünen kişinin, satılacak yerin gerçek maliki olup olmadığını araştırın.
Tapu senedini isteyiniz. Mümkünse tapu dairesinden bu mülkün kimin adına kayıtlı olduğunu öğrenin.
Mülkün gerçek sahibi ise; taşınmazın kıymetini azaltacak bir kayıt (haciz, ipotek, irtifak vb.) bulunup bulunmadığını araştırın. Taşınmazın tapu devrine bir engel bulunup bulunmadığı tapu sicil görevlilerinden öğrenilir. Kat irtifakı veya kat mülkiyeti kurulmuş bir yer alıyorsanız yönetim planını mutlaka inceleyiniz. Taşınmazı aldıktan sonra bu yönetim planındaki hükümler sizi de bağlayacaktır. Tapu tescili gerçekleştikten sonra apartmanda olacaklara itiraz etme hakkınız olmayacaktır.

Kat irtifakı veya kat mülkiyeti kurulmuş bir yer alıyorsanız yönetim planını mutlaka inceleyiniz.
Taşınmazı aldıktan sonra bu yönetim planındaki hükümler sizi de bağlayacaktır. Tapu tescili gerçekleştikten sonra apartmanda olacaklara itiraz etme hakkınız olmayacaktır.
Belediyeden imar durumunu kontrol ediniz. Satın alınacak arsanın imar durumu mutlaka kontrol edilmelidir. Bunun için satıcının sözlü beyanına itibar edilmemeli, belediyeden mutlaka kontrol edilmelidir.
Bir yerde kat irtifakı veya kat mülkiyeti kurulmuş olup olmadığını tapu müdürlüğüne sorarak öğrenilebilir
Hissedarlar arasında yapılmış olan arazi bölüşümü geçersizdir, böyle bir paylaşmaya güvenerek yer almayın.
Noterden yapılmış böyle bir sözleşme varsa ve bu sözleşme tapu siciline şerh edilmişse bu yeri satın almanızda bir sakınca yoktur.
Bir araziden hisse satın alacaksanız, mümkün ise diğer hissedarla böyle bir sözleşme yapıldıktan ve hissenize tekabül eden yer bir bağlandıktan sonra satın alınız.
Eğer siz bir taşınmazda hissedar sanız diğer hissedarlarla böyle bir sözleşe yapıp, herkesin kullanacağı yeri belirlemekte ve bunu tapu siciline de şerh ettirmekte fayda vardır.
Tapu Sicili : Tapu Sicili Tüzüğü’nün 4ncü maddesine göre; taşınmaz mal ile üzerindeki hakların durumlarını göstermek üzere Devletin sorumluluğu altında tescil ve açıklık ilkelerine göre tutulan sicildir.
Tapu Sicili herkese açıktır.
İlgisini inanılır kılan herkes, tapu kütüğündeki ilgili sayfanın v e belgelerin, tapu memuru önünde, kendisine gösterilmesini veya bunların örneklerinin verilmesini isteyebilir.

Arlington does not have a short list any more. Whether it will return or not, I do not know. In our office, at least, we have been receiving notices for interviews for some 2016 cases. It seems they are randomly choosing some people to interview, and I cannot see any pattern to it. Make sure you have the evidence you need in case they contact you, so you will be ready, as they only give a couple weeks notice.
